Errors when resizing photos (imported and linked). This error/s has/have
carried over from earlier versions of OOo. If this is more than 1 error,
please just let me know and I can open another bug report.

Description of error/s is as follows:

Step 1) Import or attach a picture from a file

Step 2) Double click to open dialog box. On the "type" tab, click "Keep ratio"
(if not already selected), then "Relative" in 2 places. See attached files
OOo_1.png, OOo_2.png, OOo_3.png. File OOo_4.png.

Symptom 1) #### first error: "Type" tab shows different % in each direction
(OOo_3.png)

Symptom 2) #### Crop tab shows different % to Type tab (see file OOo_4.png)

Step 3) In the Type tab, reduce the size of the picture (eg to 20% - see
attached file OOo_5.png)

Symptom 3) #### File will now be distorted because the number automatically
entered in Height box is much too large. THe aspect ratio has not been
maintained. (file OOo_6.png)
