CSV import does work 64K rows at a time, starting anywhere (as fixed in issue
3491) but the spreadsheet doesn't yet support more than 64K rows (issue 30215,
also see http://sc.openoffice.org/row-limit.html). You might try using Base. I'm
closing this issue as a dupe of 30215.
