In sd::slidesorter::controller::SlideSorterController::DeleteSelectedPages() the
undo actions for deleting a standard page and its notes page where in the wrong
order. When the deletion was undone the notes page was inserted right in front
of another notes page. This broke the rule that notes pages are at even
positions in a document and standard pages in odd positions.
