please ...

- open the attached .csv-file in calc

- check the tabulator checkbox in the import window

- scroll horizontal through the preview and note that the values 0 0.1 ... 2.9
in the second row are displayed correct

- press OK

- have a look at the importe values:

values from 1.1 or higher are interpreted as dates!

Fatal here is the correct preview and the bad result!

The same happens when pasting such values from the clipboard into calc!

This behaviour is only acceptable for typing, but not for importing or pasting
values.


(I guess that this issue needs a locolized OOo version to be reproduced, like
the german version that uses "," as decimal separator.)
