2005 -------
The online help is outdated in this respect, the functionality for recognizing
both DBF and dbf is in the product since 2001, and used to work until recently.

Adding regression keyword since this is a regression between 2.0 and 2.0.1.
Targeting to 2.0.2 for the same reason.

Testing some versions shows that this used to work in (at least) m124, and is
broken in (at least) m136.

fs->abi: The file-based driver checks for the case sensivity of the folder it
operates in via XContentProvider::compareContentIds, for two ContentIdentifiers
which relate to contents which just differ in case. This mechanism is broken,
since compareContentIds now claims both ids are different.
