Steps to replicate(use Chinese and English version):

1) Start impress(English version).
2) Insert a document hyperlink(by Insert->Hyperlink): Target in document. Select
"Slide 1 (Notes)" from dialog of "Target in document". Apply->Close,
Apply->Close, and you get a hyperlink(certainly, only work in edit view, can not
work in slide show).
3) OK, save the file. When you open the file with Chinese
version(http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.0.1rc4/OOo_2.0.1rc4_051209_Win32Intel_install_zh-CN.exe),
the hyperlink does nothing.

Same do nothing if change the mode(Create with Chinese version, open with
English version).
