------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Dec 16 07:52:06 -0800 2005 ------- If I link a cell in one file to a cell in another file containing the result of a calculation, what arrives in the destination file may or may not be be a number and may or may not be the same as the one in the source file. Whether it is or not depends on the formatting of the number in the source file. For example, in one of my files a link to a calculation result formatted with (German) #.##0" ";#.##0- only functions correctly if the number is either positive or less than -1000. Three digit negative numbers arrive as positive numbers. It doesn't necessarily help to give the destination cells the same formatting. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
