2005 -------
To reproduce the behaviour:
Create a macro library "Pruefer" (MyMacros in the user folder) with Module1 and
a subroutine Main (containing a msgbox).
Doubleclick on the attached template in the Windows Explorer.
MsgBox should alert.
Close the office incl. quickstarter.
Doubleclick again on the template.
You should get now the above mentioned error.

Remark:
The template contains a lot of controls with linked macros. They won't work
because of missing libraries. The "onNew"-event I've changed to make the
behaviour reproducable.
