The problem is that you've build a *very* large formula.
If it would be used within the Writer it would need a greater width and height
than the page size is.

Math does nit know about page sizes. Also it has no line breaking and page
breaking.
This is because it was never intended to write large text but only small
formulas to be used in other documents (e.g. text documents or presentations).
Or to say it differently a Math object should always fit on a single page of
another document (see missing page break ability). Because of this even the PDF
export always produces only a single page. And if the output would require more
space you'll get this kind of problem.

Even the way you are using it already hints that you should use it differently.
If you write sth like:
       formula 1
  some lines of text
       formula 2
   more lines of text

The text parts should be paragraphs in a text document (where you also have all
proper formatting abilities available and other goodies like page numbering or
automatic formula numbering as well) and only formula 1 and formula 2 should be
two different Math objects inserted in the document. And when you export that
text document to PDF you will have no problem.
