Investigation with THB and MT reveals that
<SvxEditEngineForwarder::GetParaBounds(..)> works correct. But the Calc
application sets an offset at the visible area of the EditView for centered and
right alignment in horizontal layout. This offset needs to be considered in the
conversion of the paragraph bound rectangle from its logic unit to the pixel
unit.
