Unfortunately i was not able to reproduce this issue so you probably used a different way to create your macro than i did. what i did: 1) Enter some text in Writer 2) Select some words 3) Start macro recorder 4) Open Format/Fonts... 5) Select Tab Fonteffect 6) Select Font color -> Red1 7) Click OK 8) Stop recording 9) Name the macro (i53569) 10) Selected some other words in the text 11) Open Extras/Macro.../Run Macro... 12) Select macro (i53569) 13) Click "Run" -> The fontcolor in the text is changed as expected. I did the same for strikeout and inserted some plain text and then all three steps in combination. I set the issue to "Worksforme" and close it. If the problem persists feel free to reopen the issue.
