------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Dec 29 06:53:35 -0800 2005 ------- Scenario: Using Windows XP, address database created using embedded HSQLDB, query created selecting certain records. Created an Envelope mail-merge document and inserted some conditional data and hidden paragraph data. Saved these on removable media so could access with Fedora Core 4. Then I rebooted to FC4, registered the database created with Windows into FC4 version of OOo (680m143) and opened the mailmerge document. Problem: The data from the last record merged in Windows was still visible when opened in Linux, no apparent errors. However, when I changed to a different record and clicked Data to Fields, the fields did not update properly, specifically, the first conditional field. Testing done: I checked several modifications to the condition to see what might work, but nothing helped. (IS NOT NULL, IS NOT EMPTY, <> ' ') The original mail merge document as created in Windows will be attached, and three screen prints showing the incorrect field updating. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
