confirmed on Windows XP Pro SP2 with OOo 2.0.1, when you delete all versions of
a document (by subsequently deleting the last version listed), all versions
reappear again (after you have deleted the last versions). Secondly, with each
deletion, the dialogue title adds the filename again, thus the dialogue gets
titled filename filename filename ...
