User bei changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Status|NEW |STARTED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 4 06:20:15 -0800 2006 ------- bei->fma: sorry but I donĀ“t fully understand what you wanted to say. a) renaming taskid to issueid is a cosmetic change which tough reasonable has nothing to do with kendys problem b) we currently cannot check if the issue exists as the infrastructure does not really allow us to do so, so we currently do only check wether there is a 'i' Prefix when eis.services.openoffice.org is being used. Adding an additional complicated method to check for the issue id by using HTTP connection to issuezilla or similar has nothing to do with kendys problem c) If you attach blame that 'iBIS-Tooling' is explicitly named somewhere in this context please add some detail/prove to where this is being done on the HTML-Form or somewhere else as I am not aware of such a situation. And besides that would also have nothing to do with kendys problem. d) There are special handlings for internal usage, but those are based on reasons of different infrastructures and can not be removed. BEI->JSI,kendy: The most known reason why a feature mail could not be created is that the HTML form is not being filled out completely or incorrectly ( eg. using a minus sign for affected users or affected modules, does NOT work. ). Another possible reason could be that there was a temporary network connection problem to the database involved. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
