Pavel, the general problem that people sometimes erroneously will hide a CWS
from the public EIS, even if it should better have been made visible, would only
be solved if all Sun CWSs would be made publicly visible in the OOo-EIS OR if
the developers never again made mistakes when assessing whether to make a CWS
publicly visible or not. The former, as has been decided, is not going to
happen. The latter, well, we are humans and do make mistakes sometimes.

Therefore, if you like to keep this issue open, then do so, but please don't
expect me to take further action concerning the existence of private Sun CWSs.
We have a policy to make as many CWSs as possible publicly visible, but, as said
above, we are prone to mistakes as others are and therefore cannot guarantee
that a CWS is erroneously not made publicly visible and breaks the build.
