------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jan 5 05:53:33 -0800 2006 ------- When using Insert > Special Characters, font characters from (127) to (159) do not appear! The characters that are missing include (fonts tried so far are Times New Roman & Tahoma): Euro, ellipses (...), dagger, em dash, en dash, TM, etc. I use many of these charcaters regularly, and would like to have a workaround to insert them. In some applications, holding down the ALT key and entering the character number does the trick (e.g. for Euro hold down ALT key and press 0128) but this does not work in the word processor. Is there a work-around for this problem? I am using OpenOffice on a Dell Inspiron 9300 running WinXP with SP2.
