------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jan 5 07:08:24 -0800 2006 ------- On Windows 2000, sometimes text placement on lines does not work. It is not a screen draw bug, because it does not go away if you refersh or scroll the problem off, then back onto, the page. To Recreate 1) Start Draw 2) Click on 'Line Tool' in the bottom bar 3) Draw a line, left to right 4) double click on the line and enter text (my favorite is the classic "jlk;j;"). 5) click off of the line somewhere, then right-click on the line for menu 6) select Edit Style... and go to the "Dimensioning" tab 7) Deselect 'Auto Vertical' and 'Auto Horizntal' 8) Using the 'Text Position' box, change the text location 9) hit 'OK'. Notice that the text does not actually move 99% of the time trying to do this. Reopening the style box, the settings that were there when 'OK' was pressed will still be there, they just have NO impact on how the line's text is actually displayed. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
