I know the dialog pulls additional entries from the i18n framework
automatically, and with the patch from issue 58666 that already worked. The
problem here is, different languages that use the Cyrillic alphabet use
different letters or in some cases don't use specific letters, so the alphabet
numbering differs between languages. Somehow this must be expressed in the UI.
See also the discussion on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list, search for "Cyrillic 
alphabet
numbering" in the subject. So far the best idea we came up with was to add the
language name to the entry, which must be translated for UI though, hence the
resource strings. Any better idea?

@Hristo: Because the identifier returned by
DefaultNumberingProvider::makeNumberingIdentifier() is written to the file
format, I suggest to use the ISO 639 language code instead of English text, that
would be (bg) instead of (Bulgarian).
