You will have to ... - press SHIFT+F5 to set the cursor to the position of last editing: note that the image overlaps the text with the yellow background, like you can see in the attached screenshot. - turn on and off the print preview: The document reformatting leads to a valid layout. (Note that this does not happen with OOo 1.1.5. But there the picture seems to be squeezed. But the picture is also squeezed in OOo2 if you save as sxw and re-open this file. So I'm not sure if this is a regression bug.) Btw. is document reformatting also available via hotkey/shortcut or is switching on/off print previhe the only way?
