------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jan 6 09:29:17 -0800 2006 ------- Hi, I've got the same problem with the attached document. Please chack if the figures are placed as in the PDF-File (next attachment), sometimes OOo moves figure 3 & 4 in the abckgroung of fig. 1 & 2. Tested with OOo 2.0.1 on Gentoo & SuSE Linux and WinXP. I've got a Writer-Document with a table and several images below. The images got a caption by the entry from the context menu, so thet they appear in frames. When moving one of the frames in a special way OOo takes all of the CPU-time. What to do: - select the frame of "Abbildung 1" on the bottom of page 1 ("Abbildung" means "figure" in English) - the anchor is in the last cell of the 2nd column - move the anchor one cell left (content of the cell: "12h") (Click the anchor!) - Now click on the frame (not the anchor!) an move it upwards in this way, so that the anchor is over the table (one line over "3 Versuchsergebnisse") - 100% CPU, sometimes OOo draws the change before it hangs I found the bug by moving the frames and OOo hangs-up several times (this is the only reproducible way I found.). So I'm not glad to hear this being fixed in 3.0. Sorry that I cannot make the document smaller, there are no problems if I remove "Abbildung" 3 - 6 and do this procedure. Maybe the error has to do with the (non-manual) page break after "Abbildung" 1 & 2.
