Broken references for fields when exporting to MS Office Word format

The error occurs in the 1.9 Beta and later versions up to current 2.0.1.
The error does not occur when exporting the same document from the 1.1.5 version
  (645m57 (Build: 8932) on Windows XP SP2)

Error occured in several Versions of OpenOffice 2.0 Beta: 1.9.104, 1.9.125 on
Windows XP and Linux (SUSE 9.2).
Error also still occurs in OpenOffice Version 2.0.1 Build 8968 on Windows XP
and Linux (SUSE 9.2)

Description of error:
The error occurs when adding the following document fields to the document body
or header and then export the document to MS Word 97/2000/XP format

DocInformation->Created->Author                 works fine
DocInformation->Modified->Author causes error in MS Word Document
DocInformation->Last printed->Author causes error in MS Word Document

When saving in MS Word format (Office XP) and opening in MS Word (my Version is
2002 SP3) then the fields are filled with the message "Fehler! Unbekanntes
Zeichen im Bild-Schalterargument." (Sorry - I only own a german version MS WORD)

If the fields were added to the document's header, then it is no longer possible
to edit the page's header in MS Word.
