------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Jan 8 08:02:56 -0800 2006 ------- I looked into C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\<UserName>\Anwendungsdaten\OpenOffice.org2\user\config ( in the AppData folder) and saw that there are german and english filenames mixed ("farben.soc", "arrowhd.soe"). That' s strange. Why are config file names language dependent? For me that makes no sense at all and is quite dangerous. Perhaps the content of the config files (some key or tag names?) is, too and the Customize dialog routine can't read something of it and crashes. I deinstalled OO and reinstalled -> same problem. I deleted the complete "OpenOffice.org2" folder in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\<UserName>\Anwendungsdaten\ and the remaining installation folder of the preceding installation and installed it again -> NOW IT WORKS FINE!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
