Go > File > Wizard > Add Adressbook and choose KDE Adressbook, OO.org adds the kaddressbook std.vcf as a database to the suite. It looks this is the outcome of Issue 52449. I propose to have this Issue being closed as a duplicate of #52449 and then closed as fixed.
