OOo 2.0.1 fails to correctly wrap text in page header when a frame is used.
How to reproduce:

1. Start new OOo 2.0.1 text document
2. "Insert - Header - Default"
3. Write 3 lines of text in header field
4. "Insert - Frame" with standard settings.
Note that in Context-menu "Frame" entry "Wrap", Wrapping is set to "Parallel",
however there is no wrapping, the text behind the frame is simply covered by the
frame which is wrong.

Note too, that a frame placed in the main text window wraps correctly. It just
does not work for the header.

If in "Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org Writer - Compatibility" you turn on the
setting "Use OpenOffice.org 1.1 text wrapping around objects" then the correct
and expected behaviour is returned so the bug is with the new algorithms
introduced in 2.0.
