With the OO 1.5 I was able to get a rounded end of line, but the version 2 no
longer support that option.

By default, the end of a line that has some thickness is square, or can have an
arrow, but none of the arrows terminate a line with an half circle.

I've tried to select an arrow made of a circle, but there is a gap. I've tried
to move the circle half way inside the line, but I didn't find a way to do it.

I've tried to create a new arrow made of a half circle, but no matter what I
tried I could not find a way to add it to the .SOE file, the "ADD" button is
grayed (I can add a circle, but not a half circle).
