This patch would binary compatibility from vcl upwards, unless sal_uIntPtr,
sal_uInt32 and ULONG happen to be the same typedef. This however seems to be the
case as far as i can see from tools/solar.h and sal/types.h. That means that
structure sizes and mangled names should stay the same, hence binary compatible.

But what about Windows Ordinals ? Is this not binary incompatible on Windows if
you change the signature of a vcl method that way ?
