------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Jan 14 00:58:43 -0800 2006 ------- I created a template for the DL envelope in OOorg 1.1.4. I later upgraded to OOorg 2.0.0 and 2.0.1. I upgraded my entire system from Mandrake 9.2 to Mandrive 2006. The latter supplies OOorg 1.1.5. When I used OOorg 1.1.4, the printer used was "Generic Postscript". I notice that OOorg 2.0.x takes the list of available printers from the CUPS settings. There is no "Generic Postscript" option. This means that my deduction that the fault was not printer specific was incorrect.
