Especially in large networks it is annoying that a user has to complete the license and user information dialogue everytime a new version is installed, even if its just 2.0.0 -> 2.0.1. Only major version (2.0 -> 2.1) should ask for the dialogue again. An even better solution would be to completely disable it on system administrators settings, e.g. via INI files.
