Louis,

I reckon we could use for instance:
>>>>
-Windows with JRE installed (->link to OO package WITHOUT JRE)

-Windows without JRE (->link to OO package WITH JRE)

What is JRE: Java Runtime Environment, some components of Open Office requires
Java to be installed on your machine. If you are not sure whether you have Java
installed or not, select "Windows without JRE", the Open Office installer will
come with a JRE. Alternatively, you can check in the list of your installed
software, using "Add or Remove Programs".
<<<<

This way I think it is less ambiguous for users and the additional help message
will also clarify less advanced users. Maybe this help message can be shortened
or displayed as tooltip if deemed too heavy...

Any comments, extra suggestions?
Regards,

Quentin
