------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Jan 15 15:33:17 -0800 2006 ------- Not a defect so much as odd behavior that takes a while to work-around. When selecting a cell and going to Data, Validity, and selecting type "Cell Range" you input the cell range and click OK, right? If you then copy the cell you have created validity for and paste it into a cell further down, it increments the cell range in the validity. I don't think it's supposed to do that! I pust an example at http://www.jhoodsoft.org/datax/Example.ods Column A 1-5 is the cell range for B1's validity. I copied B1 to B2, B1 to B3 and so on. You can see the effect. No amount of "paste special", will get rid of this. You have to edit the validity on each cell and change the range manually. This as a real drag when doing 100+ cells. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
