------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jan 17 00:30:50 -0800 2006 ------- Thanks, but unfortunatelly, your workaround solves only half of the problmes in 2.0.1: After setting all "Tools.Outline Numbering" to "(none)" the situation changed to this (compair the difference with my first posting): (1) If you place the cursor in an *existing* headline (e.g. between "t" and "e" of headline "2.1 test") and press ENTER, then a new headline appears with correct numberting (=workaround OK here). (2) If you place the cursor to the end of any line which is *not* an existing headline but a line with the style "text body", press ENTER, and then switch style to "Headline 1/2/3.." -> Numbering is *NOT* shown (=workaround fails here). So, for the second case: How would I explain all my collegues (freshly convinced to use OpenOffice) to not use the second way to insert new headings? I would not postpone this problem to OOo 3.0.
