This is really a very strange Windows Installer behaviour. As you say it works on some Windows platforms, while other platforms use a different Font size. It seems, as if there are special OS specific settings for the deinstallation dialog. The deinstallation dialog is not listed in the msi database like all other dialogs. Currently I have no idea, how to fix this.
