This page and its content is obsolete. Should have been removed long ago.
Having said that, please don't feel discouraged when reviewing the Help files.
Your work is greatly appreciated. It helps a lot. Such to-be-deleted files are
very rare.
It is not just a Del key event to delete a file from the online help. A thousand
more actions have to be taken to check and change all links, to edit the CVS
info so it will not re-insert the file the next time, and more. This all needs
time, which is quite a rare resource here these days.
I will delete (including all necessary other tasks) the file now, because some
now invalid links still go to this page.
