I checked with "2.0.1 RC4 German version WIN XP: [680m145(Build8989)]" and also
with 2.0 "(1.9.m118) English version WIN XP: [680m118(Build8936)]".
This is not a translation issue, Help has the identical mistake in the English
version.
Actual help text for "Change Icon" with wrong word "customize" under Heading
"Change Icon/Buttons":
Displays the available icons in OpenOffice.org. To replace the icon that you
selected in the Customize dialog, click an icon, then click the OK button.
Correct help text for that function in 'Menu - Tools - Customize - Toolbars'
would be:
Displays the available icons in OpenOffice.org. To replace the icon that you
selected dialog Modify - Change Icon, click an icon, then click the OK button
