I checked with "2.0.1 RC5 German version WIN XP: [680m1(Build8990)]" and can
confirm reported facts,
but:
This is not a translation, but a documentation problem, because in "(1.9.m118)
English version WIN XP: [680m118(Build8936)]" I found the same text.:

> 1.Open the presentation that you want to save in HTML format.
> 2.Choose File - Export.
> 3.Set the File type to HTML Document (OpenOffice.org Impress) (.html;.htm).

Also please mention:
This help text is correct if you use the standard WIN dialogue, but wrong, if
you use OOo dialogue, because there we have an EXPORT-button. May be a solution
could be:
" 4.Enter a File name, and then click 'Export ...' ('Save').
I do not know whether there are rules how to handle those differences between
OS-UI and OOo-UI in HELP
