So, Installer (.pkg): ----------------- - pre-install 1) Show license and readme 2) check for X11, give instructions, and possibly download X11 if necessary - post-install 3) set all stuff that needs to be set only once 4) convert system and user fonts, if the user says yes .app launch: -------------- 1) check for X11, if not found, ask the user to run the installer again. In this case, do not start.
