------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jan 26 21:00:13 -0800 2006 ------- My step by step test is as following: 1)Find the bug by copying and pasting web source to a new OpenOffice Text Document. 2)Open the target by Crimson Editor to check the HTML code 3)Find that the text was enclosed in a table format. 4)Remove the <table> line 5)Re-open the page, and then copy&paste the text part to a new OpenOffice Text Document again. 6)Find that the text fits the document at this time Therefore, I consider the table in HTML code is responsible for the bad formatting in the OpenOffice Text Document. If there is a filter before the source is pasted to the document, then this bug will not appear. Since copy& paste is one of the most frequent action that people collect useful information from website, this bug may lead people go back to use MS office again. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
