replicated the bug on WinXP sp2, Pentium 3 with OOo2.0.1

1. create new Text document in oo writer
2. open Table-> Insert-> Table
3. fill-in Columns with "3" and Rows with "4"
4. Click "ok"
5. select 2 adjacence cell
6. open Table->Table Properties->Background->background color->red
7. select a single cell that is not coloured
8. open Table->Table Properties->Background->background color->yellow
9. observed that a border is surrounding the cell

This bug is crucial since when a new table is insert to the yellow cell, it
does not adopt the background colour from yellow cell. But when the new table
is insert in one of the red cell, the background colour of the new table is
initially red.
