So to see it use Format|Character. As other formattings, hard formatting overrides language of a character style which overrides the language set in the paragraph style which overrides the language setting in the options. Closing again. The language is set to english (Canada) for parts of the document. When no dictionaries are available, OOo cannot check and mark errors. No mutating issues please. (WHen you want to have OOo give a warning or something when a language is used but no dictionary is available (I'm sure such a warning will any a whole lot of people), then please file a seperate, and clearly focues issue. But please check whether such a RFE (request for enhancement) has been filed before). Thank you for your understanding. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
