User obr changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Ever confirmed| |1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Feb 2 23:37:46 -0800 2006 ------- OOo passes any kind of url (incl. 'mailto') to the desktop if possible, so you are right saying that tools - options - internet - e-mail is not evalutated for those. This setting is only used for file - send - document as e-mail. Unfortunatly the latter can not be done using mailto-urls (and not all UNIX desktop enviroments have a setting for "send as e-mail" yet), so there was a need for an extra OOo setting on UNIX. Anyway, my preferred solution would be to eliminate "tools - options - internet - e-mail" (which does not exist in the Windows version) in some later version of OOo instead using a different application for mailto urls then the rest of the desktop. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
