It's because spaces are not allowed "as is" in hyperlinks. The standard
expression for this is "%20" and it doesn't matter whenever it is shown in the
UI (Inserting or editing a link), it remains "%20". Or should we forbid (with or
without warning) the input of blanks in this dialog?
