Received information via email, attaching it:
I send you
a) the presentation
b) a scan of what the printer printed. If you are still not convinced that the
layout is squeezed, I'll have to send you a picture (that I had in the
presentation, but I deleted to reduce the size of the file).
The expected PRINTOUT:
I'd like the slide to be landscape on top of the page (ie to use up all the
width). I use a laserjet 4050 TN.
NOTE: I scanned only half the page (as the bottom half is empty), it an A4 page
(European size).

I hope you will be able to reproduce this defect.
In another test, when I created a presentation with just ONE slide, with just a
rectangle, and printed it, the ratio was normal.
