cd: We have found a different way to accomplish this task, without any
incompatible changes. We now uses Application::AnyInput to determine, if there
are messages pending. To have a correct invariant, we limit the amount of
reschedule calls to 50. This works very well for Windows and Linux, where no
performance problems could be detected.
