I'm assuming this is due to the large number of fonts installed on my machine. I don't have an exact count, but I'm guessing I have roughly 5000 font in the font path. You can test this yourself by purchasing (not free, but not too expensive at $50) the MegaFont pack from softmaker and then adding the standard.ttf collection to your font path.
