Sorry, I do not know how the functionality is called in english. There is a 
brush in the toolbar. I can remember formating-values of a word and can put 
them 
to another word by marking it.

I hope you know what I mean.

Look at my example document. You see the string "(4.000 - 10.000)" in the 
second 
table row and the first column?
Try to put the formating of it to "(4 - 8%)" in the third row and first column.

Now the string "Monozyten" reformat to the standard-text-in-table-format.

Understand?
