first investigation reveals:
- assertion 'looping louie' comes up after loading during first format.
- loop is caused by the vertical alignment of the cell content at the bottom in
combination with a negative vertical position of an anchored object - see cell
marked with 3
- issue 58806 is a similar defect, which is already fixed.
