first investigations reveals the following:
- the crash with document <OO201_crash_cause.doc> no longer occurs in
SRC680m156.
- there are no tables in page header or footer, but there is a table-in-table
situation. The inner table is imported into a text frame, which is as-character
anchored. Thus the inner table, which is bigger than the page body area, can't
split. But the paragraph, at which the text frame is anchored, wraps around the
graphic, which is anchored in the page header. This wrapping hasn't got to take
place and causes the layout loop.

proposed solution:
- a paragraph, which is bigger than the page body area, doesn't have to wrap
around anchored objects, which are anchored inside the page header.
- additional it's needed to avoid, that a table cell, which contains such a
paragraph, tries to split.
