There is a currently working download page at http://l10n.openoffice.org/download/en-GB.html. At the moment it only points to one mirror (ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/), because this is the only one with the full install sets that I could find. If I have made any mistakes, or missed any packages out, feel free to either let me know, or just correct the page.
