Hi

As a school teacher, the ability to insert various objects into a a document can
lead to some great possibilities. Inserting a video into Writer is easy and
great! But if I try to insert object/ plug in, and choose a "swf or flash file"
into "Writer" i get the following error and the file won't save.

Error saving the documnet.general error....General input/output error

I loked everywhere at openoffice.org and ont eh web but can't find an answer.

Is it a fault of the software or is there a way of doing this, as well as
inserting other plug ins like a web page?

This is really important to me..and I daresay has some amazing implications for
education if it work.....Although I am pepetually broke, I would gladly pay
fifty dollars for an answer to a workable answer to this /these problems.
Thanks
john poulianakis
