OOo2.0.2RC1 and OOo2.0.1 freeze when you try to drag either the Navigator or the
Styles and Formatting floating windows. You have to kill OO to get out of this.
 This happens in both Writer and in Master Document. This is so severe that the
appliation is almost unusable.

How to create problem:

*  Open the writer application.
* Select the Format>Styles and Formatting... entry to bring up the dialog.
* Try to drag the dialog. You can move the dialg about 2 pixels and the
applicaiton freezes. I've actually see two separate behaviors here. In OO2.0.1
all I've seen is freezes. In OO2.0.2RC1 -- I saw the behavior described in
Issue #60519 the first time I did this -- then subsequently all I've seen is the
freezing behavior. In OO2.0.1 -- all I've seen is the freezing behavior.

Master Document also suffers from this. To see this:

* Create a new master document.
* Try to drag the navigator floating window that's open.
*  Same freezing.
* Do same experiment with the Styles and Formatting floating window, same
result.

This is an extremely bad problem because a users natural behavior is to move
these floating windows around -- even when your trying not to. My experience is
that a 1 or 2 pixel drag is enough to Freeze OO.

One might bet that this is another manifiestation of issue #60519 -- but far
more serious. I rate this as a level 1 priority as this is a serious user issue
and needs to be addressed ASAP.

If it helps I'm using Windows 2000 5.00.2195 SP4.

Thanks,
Rob
